- Be fully responsible for the client payrolls operated, as payroll manager reporting to the director.
- Overseeing, supporting and reviewing the operation of the payrolls by trainee accountants.
- Payrolls vary in size from 1 – 50 employees, so are fairly small, with the focus being to manage the relationships with those clients, and be the first port of call for clients.
- As is the case in payroll, the busy period is the back end of the month, so flexibility is key in this sort of role, in terms of workload and timing, although the smaller ones can generally be done at any point.
Strong all round payroll knowledge is needed and you will ideally have experience of managing multiple payrolls at the same time. Interviews are ongoing so apply now
