This is a 360 Business Development position that provides a very independent and autonomous working environment. You will be managing your own diary, scheduling your own meetings and building your own client relationships. The successful candidate will also inherit a number of key accounts to manage so they can hit the ground running.
This is a field sales role that will very much suit a new business focused candidate. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a real new business hunter gatherer with a passion for developing new business.
The successful candidate will have a strong business development background, a proven track record of being able to sell and have a number of years B2b sales experience. It is essential that you have a strong B2b sales background. My client is simply looking for the best business developers.
If you have a background in FMCG or Media Sales, this would be highly advantageous but not essential.
Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
