We wish to add an experienced engineer to our small but growing team who will help us provide a high quality and ever improving service to our clients.

The job will primarily be based in our new office (the WIT Cave!) in the heart of Clerkenwell and include visits to our range of clients in Central London and beyond. We provide a comprehensive service and therefore the work will be varied, challenging and ideal for personal development. If you like to keep learning, then this will be the job for you.

As a company we provide desktop support, infrastructure management, security assessment and training, backup and disaster recovery solutions, leased lines, VoIP telephony and more. We use open source solutions wherever possible and have developed many services in house to provide our clients with cutting edge, yet affordable solutions.

This specific role will primarily be concerned with providing desktop support to our many clients, yet will offer the opportunity to develop in other areas over time. We are really keen that all our staff keep developing, to both provide excellent services to our clients and to keep them motivated and enjoying their work.

Essential Skills

* Windows desktop and server OS

* Exchange, Office 365, GSuite

* Basic networking knowledge: VPNs, VLANs etc

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent troubleshooting skills

* A demonstrable desire for personal development

* Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar, client facing environment

Desirable Skills

* Apple OSX, iOS

* Linux OS

* Firewall management

* Cyber security management
