Cyber Targets Analyst II. Coordinates strategic and operational planning and execution of fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation. Supports future operations planners to integrate cyber capabilities into plans. Plans, organizes, determines, and recommends necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures. Supports planning in OCO and DCO throughout the JOPP. Coordinates targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinates commands, and supporting commands.
Skilled in research and evaluate of technical and all-source intelligence. Understand cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures. Experience with cyber threat profiling and intel data correlation. Possesses an understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities. Edu/Exp: HS -14 Years, BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Years. DoD or Service Fires or Targeting training course completion. TS/SCI required.
