Summary: The Senior Marketing and Insights Analyst position is a critical role that provides key analytics, forecasting and reporting to drive improved results for Answer's Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Sales functions. This role will work closely with the Director of Direct Marketing to help shape business strategy by providing insightful and actionable analytics, leveraging multiple data sources across all marketing channels, including Strategic Partners, affiliates, PPC/SEO, and third party lead providers. Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with the Marketing, Strategic Partnership and Sales teams to create and execute learning agendas, develop hypotheses, convey insights and recommended actions. Develop benchmarks and critical performance indicators, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) through dashboards. Utilize data-driven analyses and predictive models to identify drivers of conversion, optimize campaign effectiveness across all marketing channels and ensure Answer's profitability. Employ quantitative methods in building annual business plan and monthly forecast models to drive lead purchasing and Sales Center staffing decisions. Conduct research, including but not limited to finding information about competitors, lead generators, exchanges and trends in digital marketing. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams. Navigate skillfully in matrix environments and create buy-ins from stakeholders. Experience Requirements 3 5 years of direct experience is required. 3 5 years of experience in advanced data-driven analysis is required. 3 5 years of data modeling utilizing all available customer, transactional, geographical, and survey data is required. 3 5 years of experience in SQL and other query tools on large databases is required. 3 5 years of advanced level of Microsoft Excel expertise is required. 2 3 years of experience with Google AdWords, Google analytics, and paid search (SEM), paid advertising in social media and display advertising is desired. 2 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry is desired. 2 3 years of Tableau experience is desired. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree is required.
