Job Description

As a Sales Executive - In House, you will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.


What will I be doing?


As a Sales Executive - In House you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest-related issues as they arise
  • Attend all sales trainings and sales meetings for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club products and related updates
  • Utilize selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Utilize various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies
  • Work well in a team environment
Qualifications

At the core of our company's success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • 6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
  • Valid Hawaii real estate license or the ability to obtain a Hawaii real estate license within the first 45 days of employment
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Fluency (reading/writing/speaking) in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Current Hawaii real estate license holder
  • 1 + year(s) of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of proven ability to negotiate and close high end sales
  • 2 years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience
