The True North team is hiring a Senior Project Analyst to support all project management-related resources and activities in such a manner that ensures transparent visibility and minimizes risk across a project. These activities may include project plan development, testing and QA approaches, contingency planning, and interdependency identification. The Senior Analyst partners with team in reporting-out status, escalating issues and risks, and measuring opportunities and risks to changes in approach (e.g., accelerating versus decelerating and resourcing).

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the development and implementation of project management standards (charters, project plans, status reporting, etc.) in-line with project management and system development life cycles and methodologies for a project.
  • Assists communication, alignment, and coordination efforts across stakeholders for a given project to ensure interdependencies, risks, and opportunities are identified and appropriately actioned against.
  • In partnership with a project manager, supports status reporting and resource planning for a given project.
  • Supports project management, testing and QA, and readiness enablement activities.
  • Helps develop project-level updates for a given project.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in management, consulting or analytical role with solid technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in project management and implementation of projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint or other project management software preferred.
  • Travel up to 50% as business requires.
