Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Harrogate Volkswagen for a motivated Aftersales Advisor to join our team.

You will be working a 4 day week on a rota basis, providing excellent work life balance.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to be an integral part of our Aftersales Team reporting to the Front of House Manager. You will be responsible for delivering our Group aim ‘Getting it right and Making it special’.

You will keep your customers informed and up-to-date at every stage and quickly respond to any questions or queries. Take your time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what your customers want and need.

We are looking for an outstanding individual ideally with current motor trade experience, or a similar role in a retail environment will be considered. You will need a confident and bright personality, and be a team player. If you are someone who takes great personal pride in exceptional service and is capable of communicating this through the customer experience you provide, then we want to hear from you.

You will be joining a team with an exceptional customer satisfaction record. You should also be a confident communicator and able to deal with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

This role will require you to be highly professional and presentable and have the ability to give best advice on our products and services. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail as you will need to accurately book appointments and finalise costs for our customers.

This department consistently demands the use of initiative and you will have to handle working in a busy but fun environment.
