The Role

The overall purpose of the role is to provide assistance relating to a portfolio which extracts information containing the status of all jobs across our business streams. You will assist with the process of integrating this data into to a format that allows the business to analyse the results against financial year targets. You will then interact with the relevant parties within the business in order to accurately communicate the data accordingly. Reporting to the PMO Manager/Pre Construction Manager, you will assist with the below key points:

* Accurately analyse and extract data in order to integrate information to a reportable format as directed

* Assist with reporting on data provided in order to give a clear understanding of the performance over each business stream

* Regularly report on findings to the PMO Manager and other relevant parties

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Support the PMO Manager assisting with the process of tracking the status of projects and milestones as indicated in the financial year budgets

* Ensure effective communication at all times

* Remain and maintain an independent view on all projects across the business

* Export and report on amendments to be made to data as required to ensure accuracy at all times

* Assist with the integration of data to a reportable format as required

* Assist the PMO Manager effectively analyse output against forecasted figures for financial year

* Ability to interpret status across all business streams

* Assist with correctly identifying the location of support required to ensure the project plan is progressing against forecast

* Communicate findings accurately to relevant parties

* Report any anomalies that require further attention

* Assist with amending and correcting information as necessary following extraction of findings as required

* Assist with providing accurate regular status updates to Pre Construction Director

* Communicate new findings and adjust figures based on intelligence and new data information

* Ability to comprehend the status of projects developing throughout the stages of delivery

* Update and evolve information throughout the financial year to ensure accuracy

* Build relationships with key contacts across the business and build rapport which will allow for better communication

* Liaise with Finance department to ensure accuracy of financial data is available and documented at all times

Experience / Qualifications

* Engineering or Construction background is advantageous but not essential

* Experience in a similar analytical role

* Revenue accounting understanding

* Communication skills across all levels

* Competent in MS Excel

* Appreciation of financial cost control (supported).

* Problem solving competencies

* Driving Licence
