The hours of this position vary between 9am ET to 8pm ET but do not include weekends or federal holidays.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceeding customer expectations and building customer loyalty.
Project a professional company image through phone and email interactions.
Recognize, document, and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls.
Uphold high customer service standards.
