A global media Company with headquarters based in Hong Kong that capitalizes on rapid industry changes, and provides strategic support solutions across multiple platforms and address attribution, real time impact and ROI. The company offers solutions such as integrated broadcast, integrated print, pure-play digital and ad-tech/exchanges.

This role is based in Hong Kong and the surrounding region, and comes with a stunning overseas relocation package, which involves no cost to you at all; this is inclusive of free accommodation, flights and unsurpassed training.

The client is looking for the most zealous, persevering and staunch Sales Executives who are smart learners and can add another dimension to this already well- established dynamic sales team.

The OTE for this sales executive role is a practicable £110,000 first year, with uncapped commissions. Sales Executives who exceed targets can expect to earn much more.

Description

Working as part of a high performing team, you will be involved in:

* Business to business primarily focusing on Middle East, Africa and Europe

* Providing mobile content consumption with focus on renewals and increased revenue growth through new channels with innovative compensation and portfolio models.

* Digital shift, to make up for lost print advertising revenue and build new audience- targeted business capabilities for content rich solutions.

* To control the costs whilst you equip pre- and post-contract specialists to position and differentiate new products such as custom content and video ads.

* To accommodate programmatic advertising and Omni channel marketing, to offer effective solutions and services and adapt effectively to execute more complex business and help advertisers make better use of their budgets.

* You will be in a mercurial environment, which is extremely fast-paced and highly pressurized.

* You will be working along with the industries finest talent; you will be expected to achieve your targets.

* You will be part of global projects and you will be interacting with clients live to close new business

Requirements for the role:

* A B2B or B2C background with a proven track record in closing new business.

* Be confident and have the ability to close new business consistently.

* Have a genuine desire to succeed and be direct when closing business.

* Be able to successfully complete the company’s unsurpassed training academy.

* Be able to get results under pressure and learn at an extremely dynamic pace.

* Be good at forging relationships, being a team player as well as an extremely competent individual.

* Must be able to close naturally and constantly demonstrate this.

* Experience in media isn't essential, success driven individuals with good experience.

* Examples of successful candidates previously have come from fields such as advertising, media, merchant services, door to door, energy and solar.
