Are you an Associate Transport Planner looking for a new role in Winchester?

The company has particular expertise in highways design for roads, pavements, Section 38 and 278 Highway Agreements, S104 and S184 Sewer Agreements, sustainable drainage systems, earthworks engineering, cut and fill assessments, underground services, flood alleviation, pumping stations, sewerage and external works.

The Candidate – Associate Transport Planner

- Extensive experience in transport planning, engineering and modelling for developments and transport infrastructure schemes

- Significant experience in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Framework Construction Management Plans

- Experience of transport engineering, including highway design for strategic and local roads, parking and servicing, public transport, walking and cycling schemes, particularly at the planning stage

- Experience of local highway network analysis using related capacity analysis software (TRANSYT, PICADY, ARCADY, LINSIG etc.)

- Experience of using relevant design guidance (e.g. DMRB, Manual for Streets, NPPF, cycling design standards etc.)

- Experienced contributor at client, stakeholder and public meetings
