Sales Business Development Manager- Fintech

Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 Dependent on experience with double basic OTE (further £60,000 OTE) uncapped plus benefit package.

Office based in Central London N1 (Northern Line)

Our client, one of the most innovative FinTech companies on the market are looking for 2 additional Sales Business Development Managers to join their Award-winning sales team.

These roles are essentially new business sales positions with full 360 responsibilities from prospecting, building a pipeline through to closing the deal.

Founded roughly 10 years ago they have recently launched a brand-new SaaS platform that simplifies annoying financial processes, reduces room for errors and frees up the finance functions of many clients across 20 countries. Their current client base includes a quarter of the FTSE 350 and 10 of the top 20 UK accounting firms. With your help they want to bring our solutions to so many more.

Challenges you’ll be working on:

This is an exciting mid-level position in a fast-paced, highly driven sales team.

You’ll develop your personal business plan, building quantifiable pathways to reach your sales targets.

You’ll be selling across multiple channels, phone, face to face and providing online product demos to close the deal.

You’ll be responsible for end to end sales, ensuring a gold standard customer experience throughout.

We’re looking for someone with:

Previous SaaS sales would be great, but a keen interest in SaaS and a willingness to learn is just as good.

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment

The drive to build on their existing skills and grow within a team

A real eye for the bottom line, driven by data with a true understanding of sales profitability
