IT Service Desk Analyst

The role will involve working on the IT helpdesk dealing with first line queries raised internally.
Duties for this role will include;
- Logging calls from users and where possible offering solutions to issues or escalating where needed.
- Maintain accurate log entries
- Carry out ad-hoc system tasks
- Respond to general queries in a timely and effective manner
The successful candidate will ideally come from an IT background and have previous experience working on a service desk. You must also have excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) and feel comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
The hourly rate of pay is £11.75p/h, working hours are between 08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Friday. This position is initially being offered as a six month temporary contract, but this is likely to be extended.
