They are looking for an ERP Consultant who is comfortable managing the implementation from project kick-off to go live, handling the requirements, workshops, gap analysis, software configuration, go-live, and user support and training.
This is an innovative fast-moving, privately owned ERP software company supplying a unique market leading ERP and Logistics solutions with a strong element of accounting. It is built on Microsoft platforms and SQL Server and is extremely innovative and powerful; it’s an excellent software product and they are number 1 in their specialist field. Most implementations are 30-100 users.
They are looking for a Consultant with proven full life cycle experience of implementing application software, ideally ERP, or anything similar such as Dealer Management Systems, Construction software, Accounting or Finance, Distribution software, MRP, Property software or similar. You need to be bright, dynamic and enthusiastic and great with clients, with the ability to analyse and interpret clients' business needs.
Skills needed are as follows:
2 years’ + experience as an Implementation Consultant / Applications Consultant / Professional Services Consultant or Business Analyst in a similar role with a software reseller, software author, end user or IT solutions company.
* Good knowledge of ERP / Accounting / DMS / Construction / Property software or similar
* Full life cycle software implementation & user training
* Analysis, business processes, and documentation skills
* Excellent communicator with all levels of people from shop floor to boardroom
* Client facing and happy to travel and work on client sites
* Able to build long lasting relationships with your clients
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, client facing, a people person, friendly and flexible
They will provide mentoring and coaching and you will start by shadowing an existing ERP Consultant as you learn the software.
This would suit a bright enthusiastic individual who understands the accounts and accounting modules of Application or ERP software and is looking for a role with a dynamic company. You will need to be in the office some of the time, so realistically it would be best if you lived within 90 minutes drive of Halesowen.
