Our client are a Civil Engineering Contractor, based in the Derbyshire region.
You will be responsible for completing the purchase ledger, using Sage line 50 and handling invoices.
Other duties to include:
* Answering the telephone and handling queries accordingly.
* Filing documents
* Sales/Purchase Ledger
* Other administrative duties
* Negotiable Salary, depending on experience, although they are looking to pay around £18500£19000
* Working hours are 8am5pm, Monday to Friday
* 1 hour lunch break per day
* Immediate starts and interviews available
* This is a permanent role, following a 12 week probationary period
* The correct candidates must have extensive experience in using Sage, as you will be doing this independently.
* You must have extensive experience in purchase and sales ledger
* You must be organised, methodical and be able to work efficiently in a busy, fast paced environment
