We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a very busy Finance Team. Based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Salary €30k

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Minimum of 3 years accounts experience

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

* Hardworking, honest with strong desire to succeed

* Experience with Sage Line 50 is a MUST

* Must be a team player

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collecting outstanding debt on customer accounts

* Coordinating the resolution of customer queries

* Processing Invoices and Matching invoices to payments

* Responsible for preparing and sending customer correspondence

* Dealing with suppliers in a professional manner

* Involved in Sales Invoicing & credit notes

* Assisting the Finance Manager with weekly tasks/projects

* Providing weekly/monthly reports to the Finance Manager

* Ad-hoc duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
