Annual Salary
We’re looking to get 2 desktop admin / support staff.

* Duration: 1 – 1.5 months

* When: starting from next week



* ITIL, MCSA, MCDST, or CompTIA A+ certification

* At least 5 years’ hands-on support experience in a Windows 7/8/10 desktop administration or support role, preferably from a financial services institution with at least 100 PC’s

* Proficiency in developing and modifying scripts to automate tasks with PowerShell or VBScript

* Diverse troubleshooting skills to investigate system issues (event logs, GPResult, perfmon, process dumps)

* General understanding of Active Directory (GPO, OU, Groups)

* General network knowledge and troubleshooting (HTTP, DNS, DHCP protocols, TCP/IP stack with known ports and basic commands, SMTP, SNMP)

* Experience troubleshooting remotely (psexec, WMI, RPC)

* Excellent interpersonal/ customer service skills

* Knowledge of desktop PC hardware and components


* Experience with virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V

* Background in Enterprise management and experience working with System Centre Control Manager (SCCM and/or SMS), Windows enterprise technologies, DFS, IIS, SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business

* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

* Application Packaging using Windows Installer (.MSI) and SMS Installer
