THE JOB TITLE: UK SALES MANAGER

THE SALARY PACKAGE: UP TO £60,000 BASIC + BONUS + CAR + BENEFITS

THE COMPANY:

With an ever-growing sales team within the UK, a fantastic opportunity has been created for a new passionate and ambitious UK Sales Manager. As an organisation, this company provides high quality products to the automotive car and commercial vehicle industry.

THE ROLE OF A UK SALES MANAGER:

As a UK sales manager, you will take over full responsibility of the sales team and the implementation of the sales strategy throughout the marketplace.



Working across multiple divisions, including car and commercial vehicle, you will be managing the external and internal sales teams and directing them in their day to day activities. Also getting involved in the sales yourself, you will lead from the front. This is not an ivory tower role – you will be rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in personally.

This role has a long-term view to grow the sales team over a period of time, which you will be central to. As the business grows, the team will also increase.



With a customer base including end user workshops, fleets, garages, motor factors and distributors this is a truly encompassing role that would suit an individual that is looking to step into a well-established and well-respected business that are looking to increase their success even further.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A UK SALES MANAGER:

It goes without saying that experience in the car or commercial vehicle automotive aftermarkets is required as a strong knowledge of how the marketplace works would stand you at a great advantage to hit the ground running.



Experience of managing a sales team would be advantageous however it isn’t required and you might have come from a background such as key account manager or national account manager and are looking for that next step
