Sales and Order Processing Clerk

You will be required to quote existing and new customers products to fulfil their requirements, providing Sage/CRM quotations supported by product images, features and benefits. The role will involve converting quotations to sales orders, ordering any stock to fulfil the sales order, liaising between our customers and our logistics department regarding convenient delivery slots/dates, chasing deliveries from our suppliers, booking in deliveries and any other administrative duties.
During quieter periods you will be looking for new business opportunities to help grow the business.
Whilst no experience or qualifications are necessary, the candidate must have great attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and have a friendly and professional manner.
Full on the job training will be provided. Previous experience using Sage/CRM advantageous but not essential.
The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, with 1 hour break for lunch
