Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Technical Helpdesk Support who will be required to support and assist ICT solutions.

Job Description for our Technical Helpdesk Support Role:

You will be responsible for:

The Technical Helpdesk Support performs a critical role in the business, acting as the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers, the role involves working through issues, keeping excellent time management and being prepared to go the extra step for our customers. Manage the established support process with customers using online support portal and handling calls. Ensuring support tickets are passed to the correct engineers and providing customer updates and feedback a tickets are resolved/updated. Helping to generate reports for both the management team and customers relating to the helpdesk process. Handling first level issues with customers and suppliers. Becoming a subject matter expert on out solutions and proving internal support to the sales and marketing teams

To be considered for our Technical Helpdesk Support you will need to have;

Call handling experience

Customer service skills

IT software and Hardware experience

Previous technical support experience preferred

£Salary 18-23k dependant on experience

Full UK driver's license

Optional cash health plan, funded by the company

The core support hours are 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri, flexible shift patterns within these hours will be provided. The role also includes regular weekend’s on-call. 1 in 2 Saturdays
