THE COMPANY: Great opportunity to join this specialist manufacturer of a range of disabled bathing and living aids. Ethical about all they do and with a great reputation and a customer service that is second to none, they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, organised and credible sales professional to manage and grow their business within the North West and West Midlands.
THE ROLE: The successful Territory Sales Manager will be managing, winning and growing relationships at a variety of levels from a clinical and commercial perspective, mainly within care homes or related contractors. Contact level will typically be occupational therapists, physios, solicitors, architects, facilities management, buyers / owners and patients’ families and representatives. Candidates will ideally have sold into the market above, but other sales backgrounds where there is a consultative, multi-layered approach to the sales process will be considered. Whilst field sales experience is preferred, they will also consider people in internal sales who are looking to progress into a field-based role. Knowledge of care homes or basic building drawings will enhance your application. The Package for Territory Sales Manager:
* Basic: £25,000 to £30,000
* Commission: £20,000+ uncapped
* Car: Fully expensed VW Passat
