Business Development Manager, Healthcare Products.

£45,000 OTE £75,000 uncapped + Car + Exceptional benefits package.

This is an outstanding client relationship management sales role working for an international manufacture of orthopaedic healthcare products, synonymous throughout the industry for product innovation and used by surgeons globally. The role is home based covering Yorkshire and the Midlands. Unusually this role does not necessarily require Healthcare or NHS experience; my client is simply looking for the very best Business Development Manager capable of working with busy surgeons.

This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.

To be considered for this role you will be able demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management / account management experience having worked on long sales cycles, managed multiple projects and developed outstanding people skills. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
