Telesales Executive

Location: Pudsey

Salary:£20,000 - £22,000 +OTE and benefits

The Opportunity

With the ambition and culture to grow significantly and beat the desired targets (within the next 3 years), you will be joining an existing team to who will drive that success. Ultimately, leading to a new range of opportunities which you will be a part of. In order to excel, the responsibility of generating interest, meetings and a pipeline of prospective clients will be tasked to you. You will be instrumental in achieving targets and growing the business.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a "self-starter" who is not afraid to have intelligent conversations with decision makers, ensuring customer service is at the forefront of everything you do. Fundamentally at this stage in your career you will be well-versed in identifying ‘buying' signs and confident in your ability to convey the products and services you are offering professionally. A background in telecommunications is highly desirable and would certainly benefit your application

Your responsibilities will be;

• To acquire and generate new business

• Deliver a fantastic customer experience, every time

• Lead generation

• Targeting, segmenting, sourcing and cleansing business data within the marketplace

• To Implement and action regular direct mailing campaigns

• To contribute to the sales Department/ Team target of Attended & Quoted appointments and assist in any shortfalls

• Achieve set KPI's

• Sales KPI reporting daily, weekly and monthly via CRM

• Forecasting of weekly and monthly sales pipeline
