Sales & Training Manager - Property

You will report directly to the two Directors to ensure a professional high quality service is delivered by setting and meeting KIPs and delivering training and mentoring to your team.
You will also provide accurate management reporting and forecasting and play a valuable part in the key plans for the continued growth plans for the business; implanting change and adapting accordingly as the business expands.
You will have a hands-on approach to delivering sales and will lead from the front by teaching best practice by your own actions.
You must have a proven track record of managing a team of at least 12 as you will be managing two teams that total 15 in number and you will be recruiting and growing your teams. You do not need specific property experience but must understand a B2C driven business that operates on warm, internet driven leads.
Day to day it will be:
People management of your team – recruitment, performance, management, mentorship, leadership, learning, development, absence management and grievance.
Devising and implementing sales targets for each team. Setting KPIs.
Management reporting – forecasting and reporting sales and sales projections.
Monitoring competitor and market activity.
Working with Marketing to ensure the Company Marketing Strategy is viable, strategic and working
To work closely with the two Directors to develop and implement overall business and sales strategy.
