About the Opportunity:

National Account Manager - Premium & Wholesale

London

£50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary

25% Bonus

This is an incredible opportunity for you to join one of the most talked about businesses in the market currently leading and growing some of their most prestigious and highest growth accounts.

As National Account Manager, you'll need to open new business and distribution within National Accounts, alongside ensuring the expansion of the existing customer portfolios within the Premium & Wholesale channel. With your own P&L to manage, this is an opportunity that will really broaden your commercial horizons.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside the Head of Sales, who you'll be supporting and a chance for you to gain exposure to a very commercial SLT that continues to strengthen and grow. You'll also get the chance to work directly with the founder of the business who is perhaps one of the best mentors you could have - they'll be wanting you to progress through the business with their support within 12 - 18 months.

About You:

Above all else, you'll need to embrace the SME commercial style of these guys.

Having a keen interest in health and wellness is very important as without living the lifestyle, this will simply not work. These guys are changing the world and market through quality and innovation.

You will also need:

Day to Day Account Management within the FMCG Food & Drink Sector.

Experience from a Blue-Chip business is preferable as you need the rigger and structure to succeed in this business.

Experience of working within an SME would also be beneficial but not imperative.

To be someone willing to live and breathe their fantastic products and drive the business forward in your channel.

Be someone who wants to own your accounts and drive them forward.

You'll need to be able to work cross functionally with the marketing teams to make sure everything is watertight.

Experience of range reviews, pricing promotions and JBP responsibility is key.

To be a great relationship builder; getting results whilst being professional.

To be very numerate and confident to be exposed to a high energy and visible management team.
