We're now looking for another Application Support Developer to join the Application Support team to focus on investigating issues and solving complex technical problems to keep the current version of the product stable and make sure our customers continue to #lovethefish!
You're going to love this job if:

* Communication is key to you, and you enjoy working with support teams, testers and fellow developers to find out the finer details of issues raised in tickets, and have the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical people

You’ll be joining a well-oiled, Agile SaaS environment with a brilliant team to consistently learn from and with whom you can push the parameters of what’s possible.
Our perfect next Fish will have at least 2 years’ development experience, ideally having worked in tech support for a large scale application, and has experience of Agile methodologies (particularly those supporting object-oriented analysis and design, such as SOLID principles).
