Support the Service Manager and set the engineers work schedules in order to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
To liaise with customers to arrange service visits, and ensure they are fully aware of the work to be done and scheduled finish times.
Ensure orders are correctly allocated and forward planned with all relevant information provided to engineer prior to service visit.
Produce method statements, risk assessments and other material to ensure we meet customers needs and expectations.
Obtain/produce necessary drawings and documentation to satisfy contract demands and facilitate manufacture.
Ideally ONC/HNC qualified in an engineering subject.
Can interpret technical drawings.
Good Mechanical/Electrical engineering background.
Team player, can adapt to fast moving enviroment.
Aftermarket experience ideal
£32 - £35 Hourly
£32k - £50k Annual
