Our client installs and maintains BMS controls and provides high calibre, reliable and sustainable energy efficient products and building environmental control solutions for all types of commercial and industrial buildings, throughout the South of England.
About the BMS sales person:
*We are looking for specific individuals who possess
Knowledge of the HVAC/ BEMS sector and an understanding of the concept of selling within this market place but more specifically BMS maintenance sales *
The successful candidate will be required to work in a structured manner to forecast target opportunities and clients and a determination to deliver.
Reporting to the Project Director you need to understand how a BMS system works so you can interpret the clients requirements and put together a solution, review tender packs / complete estimations / compile proposals
The role will involve some office attendance (Kent) with the rest of the time with clients (typically within the London & M25).
Key duties and responsibilities:
BMS maintenance and energy solutions sales
Build customer relationships
Undertake site surveys
Attend site meetings
Prepare and deliver client presentations
Negotiate existing contracts
Attend trade shows and exhibitions
Manage own appointments
Prepare reports for monthly sales meetings and present findings
Applicants should have worked in a similar position for a systems house/ maintenance contractor
Excellent communication skills/customer relationship skills and have the ability to works autonomously with a selection of existing key clients and new clients, developing new growth within the business.
Building Controls or Building Energy Management Systems sales experience
