COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: This is an internal sales role, the current team commute from: Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax, Leeds, Barnsley, Dewsbury or anywhere inbetween.
We are a huge eCommerce, electrical goods retailer, specialising in appliance and hardware. Our Server Sales team is expanding therefore require 2 x Account Managers to come and assist us as we go through this huge period of growth.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Account Manager
Offering an uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £45,000 per year, we are looking for 2 x sales Account Managers to join our rapidly growing business. You will also get pre-qualified leads passed over as this is not a 'cold calling' role.
As the Account Manager you would be responsible for:
· Making circa 50-70 calls per day to our database of previous / existing customers
· Managing new and existing customers accounts, understanding your clients whilst providing exceptional customer service and up sell where possible
· Using excellent questioning and consultative selling skills to better understand the customer requirements and provide with suitable solutions
· As a specialist within the Servers field you will need to keep up to date with new technologies and offer them to clients were appropriate. Having an interest in this field would be a huge advantage
· Although this is an internal sales role, you will be required to go out on client meetings.
** Full training will be given on all server products to ensure you an make the most of every sales opportunity **
REQUIREMENTS: Account Manager
We have Account Managers currently earning in excess of £60,000 - the £45K OTE is a realistic first years target. Your success is completely up to you!
To be successful in this role we envisage you to not only be confident but results orientated with a natural flair to build that much needed rapport. In addition we would love to hear from people with a passion for technology who can really understand and advise your customer's as well as:
· Proven sales experience within in a internal or external role this could be Recruitment, Telecoms, Insurance etc
· Broad range of technical and sales knowledge
· Having an interest or knowledge of current technologies would be ideal but not essential
