In this job you will be dealing with a variety of client projects, internal issues and tickets, and escalations from 1st Line working towards agreed SLAs and escalating when necessary.

Beneficial if you have;

- Knowledge of Microsoft environments

- Active Directory, Group policy, Exchange

- Project knowledge of upgrades, migrations, rollouts

- Bury St Edmunds based

- The role will be Monday to Friday, working regular office hours
