Your new role

Our service desk team in New Milton supports customers, diagnosing and resolving issues with their software, hardware and service. We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

The team you’ll join

Our first line support analysts sit in a team alongside a service desk team leader. You are mentored and supported by our service desk team leaders and service desk manager, who will ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools to do the job successfully.

What you’ll bring

These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success for this role, however we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them:

* experience of working in a similar support, customer service, call centre environment

* Good technical knowledge

* Basic IT knowledge

* Customer focused

* Excellent communication skills to customers and internal colleagues

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm
