Brand Experience Manager

As a Brand Experience Manager you’ll be in charge of all things customer experience and branding at store level. You’ll manage the customer service team and the handover team. You will be a senior leader within the store structure, and will be responsible for interpreting customer feedback data and making changes based on that data across the whole store. You’ll work closely with the other leaders in Sales and the Service Centre to ensure they are maintaining the high standards you will set.
