Salary: £28-32,000 OTE £42,000 uncapped

* Prospecting over the phone to win new business/cross-sell across existing accounts

* Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship packages

* Full sales cycle role- including closing business face-to-face

The Role: This company are expecting growth and expansion and so, are looking to expand their sales team to reflect these changes. Prospecting Heads of Sales, marketing and product development teams, the successful sales executive will benefit from controlling their full sales cycle. Prospecting over the phone, booking meetings and closing face-to-face are all facets of this exciting, varied and diverse role. Selling a selection of sponsorship packages or exhibition stand space (dependent on the need of the client), the successful sales executive will be given extensive training on how best to close business and gain commitment.

The Company: This company have curated over 700 events to date and have a multi-national presence. Taking a prestigious position in the ‘Top 20 Exhibition Organisers Worldwide’, this company are looking to expand further and build on their strong, resilient and reputable foundation. Specialising in a myriad of events, this company are looking to bring on a sales executive to seek out and win new business in their packaging and innovative packaging events. Their goals for the future include emerging into new markets and disrupting new industries.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

* Selling exhibition stands and some sponsorship across packaging events

* 70% prospecting over the phone- winning new business & gaining commitment

* 30% account management- win & retain, grow & nurture brought on accounts

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Proven business-to-business sales experience

* Experience within events is hugely advantageous

* Confident, articulate, passionate with a student-mentality & willingness to learn
