Our client is a leading property investor with £Billions under management in Europe, the US and Asia. They have significant holdings in both the commercial and residential markets and are looking to further consolidate their portfolio in Europe and the UK with a number of property acquisitions.

As part of that growth plan, they are looking to strengthen the team by hiring a Technical Services Manager with a strong mechanical and electrical background working out of their London office.

Working closely with the property management team and outsourced managing agents you will ensure properties are correctly maintained and compliant helping to achieve maximum availability of services for tenants/building users as well as maintaining asset value.

In addition, you will help develop and implement energy saving/asset improvement strategies, provide governance on projects from conception to completion, and will ensure that works carried out adhere to stringent Health and Safety practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical and Electrical background and can be biased towards either discipline. Its important that you have both strong practical and theoretical engineering knowledge with experience of managing maintenance, project and developing design briefs.

Ideally you will have previous experience working for a property investor, managing agent or property consultancy.

The role comes with a salary up to £70,000, various benefits plus a highly generous bonus scheme
