Internal Account Manager - £19,000-£23,000 + OTE + Bens – Buckinghamshire

This IT Solutions provider is looking for an Internal Account manage to join their team. The individual will work closely with the Internal team to support the field sales executive whilst also contributing to company’s sales targets by selling their portfolio of products and delivering great customer service. This is a progressively hybrid role as you gain the opportunity to work on the field once you have established yourself.

The Internal Account manager will be expected to:

* Confidently sell the company’s profile of products into existing and new accounts

* Generate new business opportunities and close business through cold calling

* Identify business potential through providing tailor made solutions for specific company needs

* Support the field sales team with administrative duties

* Ensure all leads are followed and all business is completed complying with company policies

* Provide key customers with a thorough level of service

* Generate and manage your own client base and establish yourself within the market sector

The Internal Account Manager will have:

* A minimum of 2 years collectively working in a B2B environment in the IT sector

* Good organisation and work management skills

* Possess the ability to identify and resolve potential business issues

* Have a proven track record of sales success rates

* Have previous experience selling IT and CAD solutions is desired but not essential

* Highly motivated and have a drive to exceed expectations

* Have commercial awareness and be well presentable
