A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Manager to join our clients established Livingston Property Management team.
Ideal candidates will have a background in property management accounts with relevant accounts qualifications desirable – minimum HND Accountancy. They will have the ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. Confidence and proficiency in both Microsoft Suite and property management accounting systems (TRAMPS) are required in order to deliver excellent client care and meet targets.
What will you be doing?
·Maintain Client Bank Account according to RICS Accounting Regulations.
·Monthly bank reconciliations for 8 bank accounts.
·Maintain Client Service Charge accounts for relevant client properties.
·Prepare & issue Client reports as scheduled.
·Complete annual Service Charge reconciliations.
·Control issue of sales invoices to tenants.
·Control processing of purchase invoices.
·Control all payment processing to include cheques, bacs & chaps.
·Credit Control procedures relating to sales & purchases.
·Reconcile all Property Management accounts.
·Any other ad hoc projects as and when required.
