The purpose of the Account Manager is to sell core services to home movers over the telephone.

* Proactively contact a portfolio of people moving home.
* Liaise between customers and the network of suppliers and partners.
* Assess customer’s situation and promote new or alternative products, features and benefits.
* Deliver a consistently high-performance in sales value.
* Ensure that customers receive outstanding levels of service at all times.
* Previous experience in sales or account management role is essential.
* The ability to build rapport over the phone in the first few seconds of a call
* Self motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets
* Able to work to deadlines
* Confident and professional customer service skills with the ability to promote products
The successful candidate will be paid a salary of up to £18-22k plus commission (realistic £500 per month bonus structure however uncapped)
