Finance Operations Manager

You will manage a team of 5 and work closely with Senior Managers, external professionals and agencies.
Duties will include (not limited to)-
Monthly management accounts preparation and reviews of reports with departmental managers
Budget and forecast preparation
Preparing annual accounts for audit
Manage cash through forecasting, investments and BACS payments
Keep updated with payroll legislation
Support Assistant Principal with projects and develop 3-5 year plans
My Client is looking for a candidate who ideally holds a professional finance qualification and has previous leadership and management skills that can be demonstrated, you must have excellent people skills and be able to live by the College's values and vision for the future.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a DBS, provide proof of their right to work in the UK and comply with health screening to assess mental and physical fitness
