Location: Witney or Leicester
Salary: £17,938.69 - £20,190.18 per annum, plus a geographical allowance of £1,051 per annum (if based in Witney)

Advance Housing and Support are looking to recruit an ICT Service Desk Assistant to join the Service Desk team and as such will be the first point of contact for ICT enquiries.
You will need to be customer focused and have a keen interest in technology, which will enable you to provide a high level of service delivery.
You will be used to working in a team, but also be able to use your initiative to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Clear communication, multi-tasking and time management skills are essential, as well as experience of working in a service desk environment.
You need to be flexible, keen to learn and be willing to travel regularly to our different sites across the country.

An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be covered by Advance.
