We are looking for a Receptionist to join our existing team in our London office, to be the face of Avanti for all clients and employees alongside supporting the business and all departments

Key responsibilities

* Meet and greet Customers and Employees of Avanti

* Distribution of all post and sending post

* Room bookings for interviews and Meetings

* Answer the main line as first point of contact for people calling into Avanti. Redirecting the call where necessary

* Making sure every floor/Department has the stationary and equipment they require

* Take responsibility for own professional and career development with support from line manager.

Skills required

* Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people across all levels;

* Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines set by manager and colleagues;

* Ability to communicate effectively and accurately in writing and verbally;

* Ability to stay proactive

* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;

* Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external “customers” while “going the extra mile”;

* Proficiency in Word/Outlook

* Remain effective managing a variety of activities
