Tailor Made Sourcing are proud to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a leading furnishing solution company in West London. Our client deliver and install all aspects of interior, and are a one-stop shop for the complete furnishing process to the lettings industry.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales and negotiation experience, be proactive with the ability to build strong relationships. A background within property industry would also be an advantage.

Working within this very busy team you will develop relations with, introduce new business from, and maintain continued relationships with landlords, property developers and student accommodation providers in the London region, showcasing products, services and capability.

Roles and responsibilities;

* Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings to discuss LOFT products and services

* Plan and prepare presentations that showcase their services

* Oversee and contribute to the development of marketing material in London

* Pipeline reporting of management information on a regular basis and ensure the sales pipeline is maintained and up to date

* Maintain accurate records of all sales, revenue, invoices

* Attend events such as networking events, trade exhibitions and conferences to promote the business

* Liaise with and support Operations Management in the delivery of high-volume projects

* Act as first point of contact for all clients

* Provide quality after-sales support and continuous keeping-in-touch initiatives

* Manage and maintain contractual arrangements with sub-contractors and/or clients

* Attend pre-site meetings, agree and sign off T&Cs of service delivery

* Arrange and attend de-brief meetings for residential projects

* Manage the departmental budget

* Ensure project updates are recorded on the in-house CRM in a timely manner

* Ensure all new leads are recorded on the CRM and contacts updated

The ideal candidate:

* Proven experience in a Business Development/Sales role

* Strong organisational skills, managing a heavy workload

* Exceptional communication skills, personal confidence and the ability to influence others

* Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

* Meticulous written and verbal communication skills

* Property industry experience ideal but not essential
