Desktop Support Analyst

A top tier client are recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide efficient systems administration and end user support for all hardware and software technologies within their Systems Technology Team.

The Desktop Support Analyst will need the following experience to be successful:


Excellent Desktop Support experience including technical knowledge of desktop equipment including PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanner, iPads, telephony, mobile phones and devices


Good knowledge of networking, datacoms and voice, active directory, network printing, TCP/IP, Ethernet and LANs.


Extensive support experience with Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10; Microsoft Outlook 2013, Internet and Intranet, Anti-virus software, Application installation and configuration and Encryption software


Ideally you will experience and understanding of ITIL best practices: Incident, Problem and Change; Configuration Management; Knowledge Management
