Job Title: Project Coordinators/Supervisors

Location: Various within 50 mile radius of main operations office.

Contracted Hours: 48 Hours Per Week Normally working these sort of hours 0700 – 1715 Mon - Fri

Remuneration: Attractive annual salary depending experience/skills/quals.

Job Title: Project Co-ordinator (Network Asset Management)

Location: Cambridge mainly plus various within 60 mile radius of main operations office.

Contracted Hours: 48 Hours Per Week Normally working these sort of hours 0700 – 1715 Mon - Fri

Remuneration: Attractive annual salary depending experience/skills/quals.

Overview of Role

Co-Ordinate and run the south of England Network Asset (Section 81’s) consisting of up to 15 working teams and schedulers working on the south division. Co-Ordinate the full works from excavation, reinstatement, traffic management, ECertification, and other NAM contract works. Manage the operational activities and tasks within the south division.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure job packs are created in a timely manner and issued to site agents prior to sites commencing with key details entered onto Company systems i.e. rate cards, item codes etc • Liaise with field-based staff to ensure information is received for permitting • Liaise with 3rd parties such as the highways, customers, clients, residents, business owners traffic management to progress works accordingly • Planning and permitting for civils teams, reinstatement teams, TM operatives • Ensuring the opening and registration of permits • Effective planning and prioritisation of daily activities associated with operational delivery for direct teams and sub-contractors in order to achieve a minimum of given amount of revenue weekly per team • Receive/accept/assign/track all 2-hour emergency responses • Complete specialist application forms for permits such as TTROs and ensure necessary DFEs have been approved by the client • Deal with client queries promptly and effectively, escalating to relevant stakeholder where appropriate • Managing escalations from all stakeholders are responded to in a timely manner • Manage resource and liaise with other operational teams to ensure all contract KPI’s are met • Manage client SLA expectations and be able to provide mitigating factors according to issues, constraints which the client or 3rd party have on the works

Role Profile

• Arrange pre-site surveys with the client, council, Company staff and other key stakeholders to capture information with regards to any potential changes to plan, DFEs, special permit conditions etc • Timely resolution of ‘Billing’ rejections • Process and apply for DFEs where required • Organising routine stock takes, ordering of stock and materials where required • Review and process invoicing • Collate feedback from site agents via discussions; CMS checks, plant checks etc. Assist site agents to ensure this information is uploaded to the correct system in a timely manner and that any relevant tasks are actioned promptly • Assist site agents to ensure that the correct labour/plant/materials are on site as required • Update in house and client databases to suit the project • Monitor daily submissions on GEO-Sight and report findings/anomalies to work team for correction, or escalate to line manager • Provide the Project Manager and key stakeholders with information with regards to changes, delays and mitigations • Retrieve STATS for areas for Project Managers when required – water, electric, gas, BT and Linesearch • Report internally and for client information such as Key Performance Indicators, Partner Expansion, Service Review Meetings etc • Track daily interim report to see if a payment is due on a project, this includes completing interim document ready for sign off and completing payment on internal database • Track incoming defects, issue to supervisor for a speedy resolution or the rejection if possible at source or via the supervisors site meeting • Prepare quotes when necessary • Assisting and updating timesheets and wages, price works and day works

Regions such as Cambs, Beds, Bucks, Herts, Essex, Kent, Berks, London etc.
