Temporary position

V3 are working with a hugely reputable interior fit out company based in Portsmouth. They are inundated with work so are looking for someone to assist the co-owner in the office.

The ideal applicant will have the following:

- Excellent English and maths

- Accounts experience, an advantage if they've worked with Xero accounts software

- Good confident telephone manner

- Adaptable to carry out various tasks

- Reliable and honest

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Purchase Invoice entry

- Booking hotels

- Ordering stationery and materials and monitoring deliveries

- General admin/book-keeping tasks

Other information:

- Negotiable hourly rate

- Working hours of 10am to 3pm, can be flexible

- Initially two weeks work but could lead to more

- Free parking
