Key Responsibilities

* Reporting to Investment and Wealth Team leader

* Supporting Financial Advisers

* To assist the Financial Advisers in reaching their sales targets successfully via understanding of their weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets

* Quarterly 1:1s with the Investment/wealth team leader

* To achieve job specific KPIS

* To manage any administration support to the most efficient use of its time in adding value into the team

* To actively and professionally manage existing lead providers. To ensure regular meetings are held by the advisers with lead providers and support with these meetings

* To strive for excellence across all your work with prospects, business contacts and other advisers within the openwork network

* To ensure your IT knowledge is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources.

* To develop and maintain in depth industry and regulatory knowledge, allowing you to analyse customer issues/requirements and identifying appropriate solutions to meet customer needs

* To keep a full diary of customer meetings/interviews for the advisers

* freely share knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas

* To identify, evaluate and share resources, tactics and techniques

* To have the ability to prioritize a busy and varied work load

* Understand where to look/ask for support when needed and be self-motivated in your own learning/development

* To record all leads received from any Lead Provider and maintain records recording potential cases to be allocated to the Pension transfer specialist/advisers in the future

Key Skills

* Numerate and literate with excellent communication skills

* Ability to carry out responsibilities with strong time management and excellent attention to detail

* Ability to research and report on products for potential need areas prior to clients meetings

* Ability to prepare agenda for client meetings, including recommendations and reasons for the recommendations

* Accurate recording of information regarding the client’s financial and personal situation

* Ability to submit business to product providers

* Ability to write compliance/suitability reports following submission of business

* Ability to update Business figures

* Ability to chase any business not issued

* Ability to assist with marketing campaigns/presentations as required

* Be a positive team player

* Maintain relevant industry exam requirements for the role

* Be a forward thinking individual and be committed to continuously develop and improve processes/day to day workings to improve efficiency
