We were established over 20 years ago and have now got an impressive workforce of over 4000 individuals. We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Technician to come on board and hit the ground running providing 2nd Line support and Team Leader Management for the Walk Up Bar.
What will you be doing?
You will be joining a great team and helping where necessary with any IT support related jobs. You will be taking on daily tasks such as floor walking, interacting with users on a daily basis and helping them with any issues, and undertaking handling tickets for issues. Upon doing this and much more, we are excited to offer a minimum of 12 month contract with the hopeful desire to convert to Permanent upon completion.
You need to have.
- Great 2nd line desktop support experience within IT Sector.
- Great organisational skills.
- Previous, relevant experience in a Team Leader Role.
- A good take on responsibility with issues and hardware.
- To engage with end users and central team staff.
- To identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- UK Citizenship.
What it would be nice to have.
- The desire to convert to Permanent after the contract!
- Anything else you can bring!
