Your new role
The candidate should be skilled in Windows 10 & Windows 7 and have a good Knowledge of all MS Applications and Skype. Good understanding of Smartphone and tablet Technology (I pad)
Basic Hardware Break fix required. Good customer Communication required and work within existing Team of Site Engineers. Hands & eyes support on site Infrastructure. Building machines and deployment to site User base. In house Training on Ticket queues and processes will be provided. Local Training on Bespoke systems. Applications will be provided.
