IT Channel - Sales Executive
Hybrid/1 to 2 days onsite/or full time onsite (whatever the preference)
Salary £32,000 - £42,000 (DOE) + OTE (+Excellent commission structure, overtime opportunities, funded courses, fantastic working culture, ongoing training, endless development + Excellent Other company benefits!)
Lucid Connect are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to join a market leading and truly Global IT solutions provider who are ambitious, dynamic, well established and recognisable in their market, and also expanding exponentially.
Proactively contacting new clients, developing existing relationships and selling truly innovative and eye-catching multi-tiered services, you will join an excellent team, being an external face and representative of an organisation that is proud to provide the highest level of support, and who are heavily involved in diverse projects for an established and (because of you!) growing customer base.
We are looking for candidates that have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably having worked within the IT channel with a great understanding about the industry and services that are provided, and what is required by end organisations.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 1 - 4 years' experience in a B2B sales roles who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Emerging or established experience (or passion for) selling across the IT industry, having and building an excellent knowledge base
- An ambitious, hungry, confident, go getter with hunter gatherer mindset.
- Ability to create, negotiate and manage long term relationships, working independently or within a team.
Other requirements include:
- A smart, professional appearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- A can-do attitude with strong customer services skills
- A calm and patient manner whilst working under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage large workloads and effectively delegate when necessary.
- Attention to detail, and a strong desire to overachieve and excel within the company (as it will be well recognised and rewarded!)
