Employer Brand Specialist
Our client who is a global leader in the hospitality sector, is looking to recruit an Employer Brand Specialist for a 6-month fixed term contract. They role will pay a competitive base salary (available on request). The role will be based in Windsor 2 days per week with 3 days home working.
You will lead and support key strategic Employer Brand and Attraction projects and initiatives alongside the wider global Employer Brand, Attraction and Digital Marketing teams.
What is expected of the Employer Brand Specialist?
- Accountable for leading several employer brand and attraction projects with flawless execution, tailored to the various and diverse audiences that globally they support
- Explore new attraction channel approaches based on regional needs and input aligned with audience segmentation
- Lead their attraction of paid media programmatic approach for their 3 core audiences ensuring that spend alignment is matched to their hiring needs with strong tracking and analysis around ongoing interactions and direction of travel whilst ensuring the right tracking, reporting, measurements and insights are captured and monitored in a robust and data driven manner to drive strong investment of ROI and strategy approach
- Support on various Employer Brand Hero campaigns, tailoring approach and execution to regional needs and audiences
- Support various Employer Brand content, editing and storytelling piece
- Contribute to various Global Employer Brand projects and initiatives that underpin their overall TA strategy around how they engage and attract great talent into our client - ie: Global Referrals, Brand Ambassador programme etc
What we look for in an Employer Brand Specialist?
- Solid experience in employer brand and attraction strategies from concept through to deployment
- Strong track record in delivering results and performance Linked to investment and ROI
- The ability to capture data and reporting and provide tangible insights and change of direction if/as required
- A blended background of both in house and agency experience would be ideal
- Project management experience essential
- Strong knowledge and ability to use Google Analytics
